Por el barranquillero promedio, el Agente P y The FinchMientras los congresistas y los "Adalides del Antialcoholismo y el Tabaco", capítulo Colombia se retuercen las manos con frución por haber hecho algo "loable" en bien de los colombianos, una simple, insignificante libertad perece: la de poder comprar cigarrillos por unidad. Yo hace rato dejé de fumar, pero de alguna forma me importa: no hay forma de que me hagan creer que dejando de vender cigarrillos por unidades se va a acabar con el tabaquismo. Lo único que han creado es un nuevo mercado negro, partida de zopencos.
Hace unos minutos un amigo común me llamó porque se fue a comprar un cigarrillo a la tienda/estanco/bodega de la esquina y le salieron con la belleza de que no se vendían unidades sino paquetes y medios paquetes; es decir, 10 o 20 cigarrillos. ¿Así es como van a acabar con el vicio? ¿A punta de paquetes y medios paquetes? ¿Están locos de la cabeza?
Y para rematar el tendero/estanquero/bodeguero dio a entender que la ley estaba encima de ellos para verificar que cumplieran con la norma. ¿Acaso no hay delitos más graves que no merezcan la atención de la autoridad? ¿La policía va a dejar que se cometan atracos y asesinatos para verificar que no se vendan cigarrillos por unidad? ¡Válgame!
Los países escandinavos son presuntamente el ejemplo a seguir de la humanidad. Lo que en el equipo sipmac sabemos es que los omnipotentes legisladores de allá decidieron hace rato (por el bien de los descendientes de los vikingos), es que el jueves es el único día para comprar trago en el supermercado. Y después hablan de legalizar la marihuana... Y como borregos, para allá vamos nosotros. ¡Mandan cáscara todos, nomejoñe!
Si creen Ustedes en la libertad, el estado no les puede decir ni qué comer, ni qué tomar, ni qué fumar, ni que meter, ni que &&$%&, mientras no frieguen los derechos de los demás.

A few minutes ago a mutual friend of us called because he went to buy cigarettes to the convinience store on the corner and came out with the novelty: cigarrete units were forbidden to be sold, but only packages and and half packages, i.e., 10 or 20 cigarettes to be sold . Is this how you're going to break the habit of the colombian smokers, you dopes? By selling only packages and half packages? Are you insane in the brain?
And last but not least, the shopkeeper hinted that the police was above them to ensure they would comply with the law. Ain't there any serious crimes that deserve the attention of the authority? Are the police going to stop robberies and murders to check for cigarettes sold per unit? Good grievance!
The Scandinavian countries are supposed to be the example to follow. But the sipmac team knows that the omnipotent scandinavian legislators decided not so long ago (for the sake of the descendants of the Vikings, no less), is that only on Thursdays you can buy booze at the supermarkets. So much for legalizing marijuana ... And like sheep, we're following them. You fascist pigs!
If you believe in freedom, you know that the state can not tell you what to eat, what to drink, what to smoke, or what to &&$%& blow, unless you're harming someone else.
